Job description

Are you an experienced Office Administrator or Receptionist looking for a role in a leading Arts organisation based in Dublin City on a 3 month contract. In this role you will be responsible for providing some administrative support to the HR team and providing reception support and front of house duties.What will I be responsible for?

  • Meeting and greeting incoming visitors
  • Answering incoming queries by phone and email
  • Assisting in the smooth coordination of visitor activities
  • Organising incoming and outgoing post
  • Providing support in event administration
  • Supporting HR Team with project administration
  • Ordering office supplies as required

What are the requirements?

  • Previous experience in an Administrative position
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident MS Office user
  • Available to start immediately
  • Full working authorisation
