Are you an experienced Office Administrator or Receptionist looking for a role in a leading Arts organisation based in Dublin City on a 3 month contract. In this role you will be responsible for providing some administrative support to the HR team and providing reception support and front of house duties.What will I be responsible for?
- Meeting and greeting incoming visitors
- Answering incoming queries by phone and email
- Assisting in the smooth coordination of visitor activities
- Organising incoming and outgoing post
- Providing support in event administration
- Supporting HR Team with project administration
- Ordering office supplies as required
What are the requirements?
- Previous experience in an Administrative position
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident MS Office user
- Available to start immediately
- Full working authorisation
