 is seeking applications for an Office Assistant to join our Existing Business team. In this role, you will provide vital support to our office operations and ensure efficient and smooth-running processes.

You will support the team with general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and scanning. Additionally, you will play a vital role in maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, managing travel arrangements, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.

You will be a team player, an excellent communicator, and will demonstrate a proactive attitude. You should have strong organisational and time management skills, as well as the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

About the role

-Open and organise post within procedure guidelines and in a timely fashion
-Manage stock of all company stationery
-Provide quality administrative support to promote good customer service and to improve operational efficiency
-Support Broker Consultants, Sales Support and New Business teams with any administrative tasks required
 

About you

-Strong organisational and time management skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
-Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting
-Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
-Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
