The Inquiries & Attestations team plays a crucial role in managing third-party requests related to tax matters, criminal investigations, and judicial seizures. As a key team member, you will apply your legal and analytical expertise to respond to inquiries from authorities and other stakeholders regarding client accounts.Key Responsibilities:

  • After completing your onboarding and training, you will independently manage and analyze a variety of case types, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
  • Act as a point of contact for both internal teams (e.g., the commercial network) and external parties such as tax authorities, police, and the public prosecutor’s office.
  • Contribute actively to organizational changes and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate constructively with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
  • Integrate robotic tools into your daily operations to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.

RequirementsSkills & Competencies:

  • Strong ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex information with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and French; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Consistently place the client at the center of your work.
  • Team-oriented, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Legal education and/or relevant experience in managing legal or compliance-related cases is highly desirable.
