We are looking for an Omnichannel & Content Lead Rheumatology EU who is dynamic, innovative, and strategic to join us in our Immunology Strategic Operations team, based in our HQ in Brussels (Belgium) or in Milan (Italy), Paris (France), Monheim (Germany), Slough (UK), Madrid (Spain), Breda (Netherlands).
About the role
As the Omnichannel & Content Lead Rheumatology EU, you’ll lead UCB’s strategy for connecting with healthcare professionals in rheumatology, focusing on Psoriatic arthritis. Your role involves choosing the right communication channels, creating, and adapting content, and aligning these efforts with our brand strategies. You’ll also coordinate projects that involve different teams and locations, and you’ll collaborate with external partners to enhance our educational and promotional efforts.
Who you’ll work with
In this role, you’ll closely collaborate with our marketing and medical Rheumatology teams. Additionally, you’ll partner with teams handling rheumatology assets in later stages to improve the experience for healthcare professionals.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with Rheumatology Marketing and Medical teams to develop effective strategies tailored to rheumatologists’ preferences and media habits.
- Create and implement European regional omnichannel content initiatives, including online communications, publications, newsletters, and social media strategies, based on product updates and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with digital strategy and capability teams to identify and address capability needs for omnichannel campaigns, partnering with IT, data & analytics, and Digital Operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of omnichannel communications using agreed-upon metrics, while efficiently managing agency activities and collaborations with third-party media.
- Share best practices with digital strategy teams and capability squads, facilitating capability development across regions and ensuring effective reporting.
- Contribute actively to the European Rheumatology community, support strategic plan implementation, and prioritize impactful activities in alignment with business strategies alongside cross-functional teams such as marketing, medical, access, digital strategy, and patient experience.
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare-related medical or pharmaceutical marketing experience.
- Proven expertise in omnichannel digital operations, marketing, or strategy, achieving or surpassing marketing objectives across various platforms.
- Strong understanding of user journey design to create engaging experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex topics clearly and persuasively. Advanced English.
- Relevant experience in specialty pharmaceuticals or biologics at a European or multi-country level, within a matrix organization.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional planning and collaboration, with recent experience in rheumatology/immunology and pharmaceutical compliance implementation.
