Site Coordinator: LondonDerry

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Coordinator to join our team in Londonderry. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our site, supporting both our project team and subcontractors. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive working environment, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Personnel Welfare: Champion a positive and safe working environment, prioritizing the welfare of all site personnel.

* Vendor Management: Liaise with local vendors, including cleaning companies, security, and waste management, ensuring the efficient delivery of services.

* Site Supplies: Maintain adequate stock levels of office, site, and canteen supplies, ensuring all necessary resources are readily available.

* Accommodation Management: Assist with securing and maintaining accommodation for project personnel, including apartments, rental houses, and hotels.

* SharePoint Administration: Contribute to the efficient management of project information by uploading relevant documents to SharePoint and ensuring the timely completion of required tasks.

* Site Procurement: Support site-related purchasing activities, including scanning delivery notes and coordinating with the Project Coordinator.

* Staff Records: Maintain accurate records of project staff, including subcontractors, recording hours worked, holidays, and sickness.

* Permit of Works: Assist the Site Manager and HSE team with the Permit of Works process, including Set to Work Briefings and RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) review.

* RAMS Management: Open and close permits at the start and end of shifts, manage the RAMS Tracker, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

* Visitor Management: Coordinate, welcome, and introduce visitors to the site, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to site protocols.

* Waste Management: Support the warehouse team with waste control, including the COSH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) waste register.

* Event Planning: Assist with planning and organizing team building events and other site activities.

* Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other related tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the project.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

* Min. 2 years in an administrative position.

* Experience in SAP

* Experience with turbine operations

* Fluent English

* Proficiency in computer skills.
