The operational controller is the main contact person in the finance team regarding revenues and labor costs topics.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*

  • Prepare and manage revenue reports, KPIs and analysis
  • Monitor revenue performance and provide accurate and timely monthly variance analyses between actuals, budget, latest forecast and prior year by practices.
  • Support FP&A by providing revenue/billing analysis and reports as needed
  • Prepare and manage reports, KPIs and analysis as well as forecasts for company labor cost, FTEs and headcounts.
  • Monitor performance and provide accurate and timely monthly variance analyses between actuals, budget, latest forecast and prior year by practices.
  • Support FP&A by providing labor cost, headcounts and FTE analysis and reports as needed.
  • Ensure correct allocation of labor cost across P&L lines and across practices.
  • Assist accounting team to ensure labor cost accuracy in monthly closings.
  • Support and work together with HR function to control payroll and labor cost and headcounts evolution.
  • Function as a financial business partner for the Human Resources team.

PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA certification preferred but not required in lieu of experience.
  • Basic knowledge of US GAAP and reporting requirements.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Good written and oral communication skills, and polished interpersonal skills.
  • Good Level of English

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Normal office working conditions including frequent sitting, standing, bending, twisting and computer monitor use. Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
