Our Client, a leading Life Sciences Organisation is hiring an Operational Excellence Specialist to drive the successful implementation of Lean Six Sigma Methodology in laboratories and across the site.Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:Coordinate assigned Continuous Improvement projectsAnalyse and improve Operational and Business processesSME for Lean and Six Sigma methods and successful applicationImplement project plans, and monitor progress against planTeach and drive Lean / Six Sigma tools and techniques to local employees, contributing and enabling a culture of continuous improvementMaintain and build KPI’s and ensure all Lean / Six Sigma project targets and timelines are managed. Ensure there is clear and adequate ownership and responsibilitySupport and enable a CI culture within the organisation through “lead by example”Contribute to and document best practiseDeputise for Site OPEX LeadClear communicator to cross functional stakeholdersSupport site sustainability planScientific or Engineering third level qualification essentialLean / Six Sigma Green Belt certification minimum essential (Black Belt certification is desirable)Project Management certification desirableMinimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role in a fast pace environmentHigh energy, drive and a passion for team success.Numerate with business acumenStrong interpersonal skillsProject ManagementCompetent in the application of process evaluation and optimisation tools (Lean / Six Sigma)Competent in Data Analysis and KPI’s (Metric driven)ERP and Business Intelligence software experienceProficient in Microsoft toolsNote: By applying for this position, you may also be considered by Pale Blue Dot Recruitment for other or future related vacancies-Pale Blue Dot® Recruitment , The Resource for the MedTech Workforce-
