In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our training operations, ensuring seamless coordination of training events, instructors and other resources.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Operations Coordinator/Planner, you will play a pivotal role in making sure everything runs smoothly. You will:Own the training schedule – Plan and coordinate courses and projects, instructors, and training events to maximize efficiency.Collaborate across teams – Work closely with sales, customer service, and instructors to keep everything aligned.Assurance of competencies – Work closely with Senior Instructor to broaden and maintain instructor competencies in accordance with rules and regulationsCost awareness – Work closely with senior Instructor to ensure cost are kept at minimum and resources are used optimallyStay organized in a fast-paced environment – Juggle multiple tasks with ease, ensuring optimal resource utilization.Analyze & improve – Prepare reports, optimize processes, and help elevate our training experience.We are looking forWe need a proactive, organized, and service-driven team player with:Experience in planning, coordination, and customer serviceA structured, detail-oriented approach to workStrong communication skills (written & verbal) in EnglishA positive, can-do attitude and the ability to multitaskSolid skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)If you have a background in maritime, energy, or a similar field, that’s a plus!
