- Reviewing the prepared maintenance package and preparing for the project
- Creating and keeping up-to-date schedules and capacity plans for maintenance
- Managing work package changes during maintenance
- Monitoring project efficiency
- Producing and issuing documents required for maintenance
- Managing software used within the company
- Closely collaborating with the project manager and their team
- Maintaining contact with the client’s maintenance planning group
- Participating in meetings related to projects
- Collaborating with other departments
- Administrative tasks

- BSc/MSc degree in mechanical engineering/automotive engineering
- Fluent English both verbal and written (mainly technical)
- Ability to make decisions under stressful situation
- Required to meet deadlines, must be comfortable prioritizing tasks, demonstrate flexibility, display a strong work ethic, and sense of urgency
- Strong organization, multitask handling skill
- Quick comprehension, very good conceptual and methodical competences
- Lifelong learning attitude
