Integrated Maintenance, Repair and Development Services (IMRDS) Capital Works is committed to delivering high-quality, efficient solutions for critical infrastructure projects. In this role, you will oversee the Capital Main Laying Program, working alongside engineers, delivery agents, and key stakeholders to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.As part of the IMRDS team, you’ll play a key role in driving improvements, mentoring your team, and ensuring that projects meet the AMP8 efficiency targets, while delivering tangible benefits for the water network.If you’re passionate about leading a team, delivering large-scale projects, and making a real difference in the water industry, we want to hear from you!Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader with a passion for operational excellence? We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Developer Services to oversee the performance and efficiency of our Developer Services workstreams. This is a pivotal role, ensuring high-quality service delivery, cost-effective operations, and compliance with key industry standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Field Performance Managers, ensuring optimal workforce deployment and productivity.
  • Drive a strong health and safety culture, ensuring adherence to regulations and best practices.
  • Champion customer service excellence, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Implement performance management strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Oversee resource planning, staff development, and competency assurance.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience in an operational management role (minimum three years).
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations,.
  • NRSWA Supervisor accreditation and full UK driving licence.
  • Expertise in managing street works and large-scale operational programmes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and commercial awareness.
  • A strategic thinker who can inspire teams and drive performance improvements.
