Job Description:We are looking for a new colleague who will support our Italian sales office to handle the incoming orders from the customers.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Respond to sales inquiries from customers by ensuring on-timely and complete entering of orders.
• Acknowledge orders for customers, provide about any delays of the shipment.
• Review and process change requests.
• Expedite factories to make sure items are delivered on time.
• Keep close contact with customer and sales organizations.
• Process and issue invoices.
• Look for continuous improvement opportunities, maintain and improve customer satisfaction..

Who You Are: Dedicated employee to provide liaison between sales offices-factory-customers, work together with country sales organization to reach high level of customer service.For This Role, You Will Need:

• Proficient knowledge of English is required!
• University or college degree
• Digital literacy are necessary like: Word, Excel, Outlook
• We require customer focus behavior and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions.
• You gain insight into customer need.
• You research initiatives and try new approaches.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Intermediate level of an other European language (like: French, Italian, German, Spanish)!
