As a crucial member of the Order Management team, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, liaising closely with internal stakeholders, as well as Customers. This role not only promises growth and development but also a chance to make a significant impact in our organization. iv>As a Order Management Coordinator, you will develop expertise in a specific function, assuming ownership of the process per the assigned role.
Your responsibility will encompass the execution of the order management cycle, ensuring the satisfaction of both internal and external customers through the performance of various key activities:Order entryChange order processHandling customer complaintsVerification of orders related documents’ accuracy with a thorough understanding of all customer fulfillment requirementsAdapting to a fast-paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle timeUpdating procedures when changes take place, creating new procedures for processes created on the fly. Sharing the updated information with the Order Management TeamProviding training for intermediate processes when neededTaking part in business continuity coverage and PSE support if necessaryParticipating in monthly close activities that result in heavier workloadsUnderstanding that working as a team is a must and cooperation with others is essentialPrioritizing team’s goals and contributing to keep a good working atmosphere in the workplaceHold managementClose cooperation with internal stakeholders (finance, credit, export control, product groups, project managers, sales etc.)Please note that this is a mixed shift position for 9 months.Basic RequirementsEnglish skills at B1/B2 levelFamiliarity with Salesforce and Google Workspace is preferredBachelors/Masters degree preferredSimilar work experience required (min 1 year)Ability to identify and solve problems on their ownSupporting peers in problem solvingTaking ownership of problem resolutionTeam player attitude is a mustExperience with working under time pressure / tight deadlinesContinuous learning mindsetCapability to prioritize and efficiently handle various responsibilitiesAdapting to changeAttention to detailIn return for your expertise, we’ll support you in this new challenge with coaching & development every step of the way.
