As a OTC Price and Order Processing Junior Analyst you will analyze incoming Orders, create and maintain Sales documents & Pricing in SAP and at the same time you will be able to develop your Excel and reporting skills and take part in process optimization.YOUR ROLE:Processing all matters related to price implementation and order processing, such as:Downloading and handling contracts on clients’ online portalsValidating client orders for compliance with the pricing offer databaseImplementing and changing client prices in the SAP system in coordination with the sales departmentCreating and editing documents in the SAP systemWorking in accordance with internal Aptiv proceduresDocumenting all tasks in the CRM systemPlanning, organizing, and effectively managing the assigned client portfolioEnsuring key aspects of work are met and delivered to end recipientsAdhering to proper process management, taking into account Aptiv’s values and ethics, including confidentiality principlesRegularly updating existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and creating new ones if requiredProviding information to external and internal auditorsSolving problems in collaboration with other Aptiv teamsEffective communication with Aptiv teams. Building and maintaining positive inter-team relationshipsContinuously seeking potential improvements in the current processCross-training to enable coverage in case of colleagues’ absencesPerforming tasks and instructions assigned by the supervisorReporting problems exceeding the competencies of the current position to the supervisor in a timely mannerWorking under the supervision and support of senior analysts and the Team LeaderCollaborating with Team Leaders and Managers in conducting key activities that maximize compliance with stakeholder service rules and proceduresContinuous development and participation in available trainingYOUR BACKGROUND:Ability to build effective and positive relationships with stakeholdersGood organizational skillsAttention to detail and results-orientedAbility to analyze data, solve complex problems, and make key decisions based on limited informationGood communication skills both in speech and writing, with a communicative level of EnglishGood knowledge of MS OfficeEnsuring data confidentialityKnowledge of SAPProactive and customer-oriented with intercultural awarenessExperience in a multinational company is a plusWHY JOIN US ?You can grow at Aptiv.
