Adventure Manager – Outdoor Leisure A‚¬40,000 – A‚¬45,000

I am looking for a dynamic manager with Outdoor Adventure experience to help shape and inspire a growing outdoor team!

This pivotal leadership role combines strategic oversight with hands-on teamwork, delivering memorable guest experiences while driving department success. The ideal candidate brings strong management credentials, a passion for adventure, and the ability to motivate and develop others.

Role & Requirements:

* Leadership in adventure, leisure, or hospitality
* Lead and develop high-performing teams
* Implement effective systems for safe, profitable operations
* Oversee team recruitment, training, risk management, and compliance
* Optimise budgets, labour costs, and activity programmes
* Build industry relationships and contribute to management strategy
* Proven track record managing teams and projects
* Skilled in training, compliance, safety, and budgeting
* Able to create innovative programmes and foster partnerships
* Enthusiastic, positive communicator with keen customer focus
