Creating a world where we all have more time with the people we love.That’s what makes us Roche.What we do:The Demand to Pay (D2P) department brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with end-to-end D2P services & solutions tailored to their needs. The D2P teams provide customer service to Roche affiliates on D2P systems and processes (Accounts Payable, Payment Management, Order & Contract Management), ensuring end-to-end process completion in line with our customer-focused principles. We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations, anticipate our customers’ future needs, and proactively develop solutions.Your Opportunity:Gain exceptional professional knowledge about Accounts Payable (AP) areas by supporting any AP teams in case of non-expected resignations or if additional support is requiredHelp to build a knowledge base and leverage best practices in the area of D2PDevelop your mentoring skills by training new joiners or other D2P team membersConstantly support service quality exercisesHave a wide network within D2P by ensuring smooth operations in different AP teamsWho you are:General understanding of finance and accounting processes and standards is an advantage. University degree in Finance or relevant professional experienceExperience in supporting accounts payable processes (or related business areas)Strong communication and advisory skills and you are able to deal with complex issuesCustomer centricity through your day-to-day interactionsEnd-to-end accountability, problem-solving skills, growth & agile mindset in ambiguous situationsProficiency in English (German or French is an advantage)In exchange we provide you with:Development opportunities: Roche is rich in learning resources.
