Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for supporting and partnering with our Business Partners in executing on the paid media strategy by delivering a full suite of objectives across the Roche online presence. The role is expert in all aspects of paid campaign management across different channels and platforms and is able to build out reporting metrics that supports the business in continuing their growth to meet KPIs and objectives.The Opportunity:Planning, executing, and optimizing global digital marketing campaigns across key channels such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Display, and Teads, in close collaboration with digital marketing managers and social media leads worldwideMonitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, managing key KPIs and budgets, and continuously driving improvements to maximize ROIConducting A/B testing and audience optimization to refine targeting, ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies, ensuring data-driven enhancements and higher conversion ratesStaying up to date with industry trends and best practices, leveraging research and insights to keep campaign strategies at the forefront, and effectively utilizing tools like conversion tracking and retargeting pixelsContributing to process optimization and knowledge sharing, establishing process governance, collaborating cross-functionally to align campaign goals, share learnings, and strengthen team capabilitiesWho you are:You have a degree in Business or Marketing (BSc/MSc) and bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign management, running campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, X, and LinkedIn Ads, as well as working on global multi-channel campaignsYou are analytical and data-driven, with strong technical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics. You know how to develop effective strategies, analyze performance, and continuously optimize campaigns for better resultsYou are an excellent communicator and relationship builder, confident in managing global stakeholders, collaborating with agencies and digital managers, and engaging with senior leaders to drive campaign successYou have a consultancy mindset, proactively providing insights and recommendations, developing actionable plans, and contributing to process improvements and best practices within the teamYou thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented and well-organized, and bring a passion for digital technologies along with strong project management skills to keep initiatives on trackIn exchange, we provide you with:Development opportunities: Roche is rich in learning resources.
