• Starting at 7 a.m. on the job site, finishing at 3:30 p.m.

• Preparing surfaces: applying tape, smoothing walls, sanding, and filling gaps.

• Performing indoor and outdoor painting tasks.

• Completing painting, wallpapering, and varnishing work.

• Preparing surfaces for painting or protective coatings.

• Sanding, blasting, and filling various materials such as metal, wood, and plaster.

• Mixing and applying paint according to guidelines.

• Prepping work: taping, filling, sanding, and caulking.

• Setting up and safely dismantling ladders and scaffolding with your colleagues.

Your profileWho we are looking for:

• Someone who can independently reach a pick-up point in the Holsbeek region every morning (preferably a carpool near the highway).

• Willing to be flexible with tasks.

• Used to working efficiently and meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

• Able to work with a team of up to 4 or 5 people.

• Having a strong team spirit, but also capable of working independently.

• Caring about making a good impression on clients.

• Able to explain the different steps of the painting process during a conversation.
