The bioMérieux Endowment Fund was created in December 2020 with an initial endowment of 20 million euros. It works in favor of equal opportunities with the ambition of reducing inequalities through and in education in order to allow everyone to find their place in the world.

The Endowment Fund operates in the field of early childhood education (children aged 0 to 8), in countries where bioMérieux is present.

Its operational management is currently carried out by a team of 4 people.

The Endowment Fund’s news is dense with the support of 40 ongoing projects, and a new call for projects planned for 2024.

Currently, the Fund can count on 40 project partners (management and monitoring of projects locally) and 6 regional coordinators (coordination of projects in their region).

To manage and monitor each project (operational, impact measurement, employee engagement), the Fund is looking for a partnership manager – all genders.

This full-time position is based at Campus de l’Etoile. It must be filled as quickly as possible. The successful candidate will remain an employee of bioMérieux and will be made available to the Endowment Fund, full-time.

What will be your missions at bioMérieux?

Reporting to the EF manager, you will be the link between project partners, regional coordinators, and the Fund, on all aspects of project monitoring. You will have the following missions:

  • Be responsible for project reporting by supporting project partners and partner associations in the process (definition of KPIs at the start of a project, quarterly monitoring, annual monitoring, project report)
  • Consolidate data and report it to the members of the team concerned (regional coordinators and managers)
  • Represent the Fund to our partners
  • Lead the network of contributors to the Fund: Suggest and implement training dedicated to project partners, associations and coordinators, to support them in their role; Lead meetings to share best practices; Create connections between projects and project partners.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of the Fund (in light of achievements, determine what are the most effective actions, and how to go further in our role as an actor of general interest). A benchmark and meetings with similar structures may be necessary.
  • Manage the Optimy platform (secure online database): data collection, analysis, monitoring, opening of reports to associations, link with the service provider
  • Propose any direction to optimize the operation or increase the positive impact of the Fund
  • Implement calls for projects (criteria, questionnaire, evaluation, request for documents) and coordinate their analysis with the team

Who are you ?

  • You have a first experience in project monitoring, experience in nonprofit management is a plus, or, strong motivation to work in the general interest.
  • Good writing skills and great sense of written and oral communication.
  • Appetite for project monitoring, impact measurement, foresight.
  • You know how to demonstrate autonomy.
  • You are organized, rigorous and proactive
  • Confirmed practice of office software and in particular Excel.
  • Fluent English is essential, knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
