Your role & work environmentYou will be part of the Transaction Services Sales team of ING WB in Italy, in charge of supporting the origination, development and implementation of Payments and Cash Management solutions for WB Italy clients.Payment and Cash Management, together with Trade Finance Solutions and Working Capital Solutions, is part of the Transaction Services Sales team offering to local large corporates and subsidiaries of international clients operating in Italy, the best-in-class transaction banking solutions of ING.The TS Italy team is currently composed of 5 people with further expectation to grow to support the business growth.Your key responsibilitiesCommercial attitudeYou’re willing to invest in a long-term relationship with our clients and prospects in order for ING to become their primary bankYou’re result driven and look for healthy growth of your portfolio revenues, in Italy and abroadYou spot business opportunities in your conversations with your clients and organise pitches to generate business and reinforce ING’s position in the marketStakeholder managementYou have effective networking and relationship building skills allowing to quickly earn the confidence of mandate holders, senior management and clients, to ensure smooth transactions and processesYou will be part of virtual client teams, contributing to activities with local or international relationship managers, to ensure the proper positioning of ING PCM offer. You take ownership and make it happenObjectivesYou monitor your client/product profitability and the realization of your portfolio KPIs & team objectivesYou ensure that our Payments and Cash Management solutions are properly introduced to our clients to respond to their daily banking needsYou participate to global Transaction Services initiatives and improvement projects, and actively contribute to making the Payments and Cash Management offering on ING aligned with the highest standardsWe look forA professional with a talent for taking it on and making it happen, enthusiasm for helping others to be successful and a knack for always being a step ahead. You love to question the status quo and are eager to propose creative solutions to problems.As a Director in Payment and Cash Management you will also need:Academic degree / MBA in finance, economics, law or equivalentMinimum 5 years of experience in a Payments and Cash management sales roleExcellent communication skills (oral and written) in Italian and EnglishYou have a strong product knowledge and a deep understanding of clients needs when it comes to “Payments and collections”, “Cash and Liquidity management” and “Channels”An understanding of other Transaction Services areas such as Trade Finance and Working Capital is a plusExperience with large corporate clients is an advantageTo give and ask for constructive feedbackThe ability to get things done effectively and efficientlyTo be a team player who loves to gain, deepen and share knowledgeWorking conditions: Full TimeDuration: PermanentLocation: Milan (hybrid)About INGING offers many opportunities to build a diverse and rewarding career.
