Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about accuracy in payroll and HR data? Join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth payroll operations and reliable HR analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

-Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, in compliance with local legislation.
-Maintain and update HR databases.
-Collaborate with Finance and HR departments to align payroll data with internal processes.
-Prepare monthly reports and payroll-related metrics (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
-Support audits and ensure data compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
-Identify areas for improvement in payroll and HR data management processes.
 

Key Qualifications:

-Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or HR admin/data roles.
-Strong knowledge of payroll systems and local labor/tax legislation.
-Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with HRIS or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
-High attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.
-Fluent in English (written and spoken).
