This role empowers you to shape our payroll function and be a driving force in our journey.We are seeking an experienced and proactive Payroll Manager to join our business based at our Head Office in Harrow, London. This opportunity is suitable for an experienced Payroll Manager who possessed full end to end payroll processing experience (please note it is an essential requirement to have managed hourly paid and salaried employees). You will be joining a friendly, growing business offering a great place to work autonomously, providing mentorship, leadership and support to a small team of Payroll Administrators. You will be dealing with a variety of both small and larger payrolls on a weekly basis ensuring the workload is delegated however, also working “hands on”.Ideally we would like someone based in our Harrow Office with a hybrid working arrangement – 4 days in the office, 1 day at home.   • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Experience of large scale payrolls with hourly employed staff

Desired Criteria

  • Previous experience in the Care Sector an advantage but not essential
  • Experience of Sona HR & Payroll software
