- Proactively address and communicate issues to stakeholders, minimizing financial risk.
- Efficiently manage wage garnishments, liens, and minor trust accounts, ensuring compliance.
- Process talent overpayments, including record setup and credit issuance.
- Handle legal requests (subpoenas, VOEs, etc.) and route appropriately.
- Provide expert support to internal teams and employees on payroll and tax matters.
- Support audit requests with accurate and organized documentation.
- Maintain meticulous records for all inquiries and adjustments.
- Customer Service support including 1-3 years of experience supporting payroll operations
- Experience with USA Payroll database software applications and reports
- Advanced English language skills (written and spoken)
- Proven ability to multitask and meet assigned deadlines; highly detail oriented and organized in work
- Proven ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from the manager to accomplish objectives
