  • Proactively address and communicate issues to stakeholders, minimizing financial risk.
  • Efficiently manage wage garnishments, liens, and minor trust accounts, ensuring compliance.
  • Process talent overpayments, including record setup and credit issuance.
  • Handle legal requests (subpoenas, VOEs, etc.) and route appropriately.
  • Provide expert support to internal teams and employees on payroll and tax matters.
  • Support audit requests with accurate and organized documentation.
  • Maintain meticulous records for all inquiries and adjustments.
  • Customer Service support including 1-3 years of experience supporting payroll operations
  • Experience with USA Payroll database software applications and reports
  • Advanced English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Proven ability to multitask and meet assigned deadlines; highly detail oriented and organized in work
  • Proven ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from the manager to accomplish objectives
