• Manage international payrolls with outsourced providers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Process and validate payroll data, including off-cycle payments and mass uploads.
• Verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies with managers and employees.
• Maintain data integrity across HR and payroll systems, identifying and correcting errors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and global standards.
• Monitor regulatory and financial changes, adapting payroll processes accordingly.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports, tax year-end documents, and related materials.
• Drive payroll projects, including vendor transitions, system integrations, and automation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Align payroll processes with both customer and regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Payroll Shared Services for seamless operations.
• Manage payroll queries and resolve issues with root cause analysis.
• Participate in vendor and internal process improvements.
• Track KPIs, SLAs, and ensure timely payroll reporting.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of core payroll management and processes.
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Passion for payroll and proficiency in payroll-related technology and processes.
• Previous experience in payroll operations and familiarity with Workday (or other enterprise HR systems) is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills with high proficiency in English.
• Proactive problem-solving and ownership of tasks.
• Proficient use of MS Excel.
