Job description
Within the Generali Investment Management (GIM) People & Organization Unit, we are looking for a People & Culture Expert to support the implementation of Training, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Employee Engagement, and Talent Management processes.The job holder can be based both in Milan or Trieste.Key responsibilities of the role will include:Training & Development:
- Analyze training needs across Business Units and design development plans aligned with GIM strategic priorities
- Coordinate the implementation of global and local training initiatives, ensuring alignment with Group KPIs
- Manage the onboarding of new colleagues within the Global Investment Management Function
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion:
- Promote an inclusive culture by driving targeted DEI initiatives in line with Group programs
- Collaborate with local People & Organization teams to monitor and implement corrective actions based on DEI indicators
- Facilitate workshops and awareness campaigns on DEI topics
Employee Engagement:
- Coordinate the deployment and analysis of Engagement and Pulse Surveys within the GIM perimeter
- Support the GIM function in defining and implementing global and local action plans based on survey results
- Promote continuous listening initiatives and organizational well-being programs
Talent Management:
- Lead the GIM Functional Talent Review and the Succession Planning processes for strategic positions
- Collaborate with Group Centers of Excellence to identify and develop high-potential talent
- Support attraction and retention initiatives, including international mobility programs
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Between 5-7 years of experience in HR/CXO Office roles, with at least 3 years in a senior position
- Proven Experience in one or more of the following fields: Training, DEI, Employee Engagement, Talent Management
- Strong understanding of HR best practices
- Experience in managing complex and geographically dispersed organizations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English
