This team manages all high-visibility projects for the People Experience function and executes core talent programs. Come work with a team dedicated to fostering diversity, inclusion, talent fluidity and a culture where people can do their best work.We are looking for a People Services Analyst to join our Workday Support, Data & Compliance team. Reporting directly to the Associate Manager, you will work with our Workday Support, Data & Compliance team to help provide systems and operations support for our employees and PE partners. You will also work with our team to help ensure our operational processes, employee support, systems support, and data management processes are streamlined and efficient. Ideally, you will have experience working with and supporting a global PE team and will be as passionate as we are about process improvement and systems!Our People Services Analysts:

What Our People Services Analysts Do:

  • Manage a high-volume of Workday transactions, providing support and troubleshooting.
  • Support Managers, People Partners and other COEs with requests.
  • Look into processes to identify ways in which these can be streamlined through our systems.
  • Support Payroll processes for new starters and leavers.
  • Meet compliance requirements and manage various PE-related administrative tasks to support the Workday Support, Data & Compliance team, as required.
  • Process a high volume of tickets within the ServiceNow ticketing system to help with employee queries, ensuring these are closed within set SLAs.
  • Develop knowledge of SOX and Global Audit requirements, providing Global Audit samples as required and completing Payroll Audits.
  • Support M&A integrations.
  • Map out and redesign processes to help our organization scale.
  • Complete any other tasks as required.

Our People Services Analysts need to have:

  • 3+ years working in an Operations or HR Generalist role.
  • PE data, systems and process knowledge.
  • Be well versed in Google Drive and Microsoft Office – possess strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with end-to-end hiring, systems onboarding, and exit procedures at an organization of scale (5K+ employees).
  • A love for systems and a curiosity to identify ways to make processes simpler.
  • Experience of ServiceNow/ticketing systems to assist with employee queries.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to work to regular fixed deadlines.
  • Accomplished written and verbal communications experience.
  • Workday experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience with M&A integrations is a plus.
