This is an exciting opportunity to see how a multi-cultural team works. You will be based in the Milan office but work closely with colleagues abroadm mainly in Portugal, Spain and Scotland. Nadara has a vast fleet composed of turbines of all sizes and ages, you will play a key role in exploring innovative ways to enhance our assets to ensure we make the most out of their life. You will sit in our Performance Analysis and Optimisation team, using bespoke wind engineering software and engaging with professionals in the industry.Job Description:You will get involved in our day-to-day activities such as:Supporting the development and delivery of a Nadara priority project involving installing aerodynamic upgrade furniture on wind turbines throughout our fleetWork on business cases for new Performance Improvement initiativesEvaluate KPIs such as production, availability and wind resource to ensure optimal performance of our assets and establish methods to enhance productionEngaging with European colleagues throughout the business including HSE, Asset Management, Business Development, ProcurementEducation & experienceBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineeringFluent in EnglishProficient in Microsoft Office in particular good knowledge in ExcelGreat problem solving, time management and effective communicationPeople skillsMotivated to learn!We’d love, but not essential:Fluent in Portuguese or SpanishExperience in the renewables sectorProject management knowledge (e.g. use of Gantt Charts, Smartsheets, MS Project)Coding experienceWhat do we expect from you?We expect from you passion, commitment and, most of all, the desire to learn in each activity you’re tasked with.
