YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group’s global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. Within the Group, you will join the Group Underwriting Office as Personal Assistant to the CEO Ceded Reinsurance.

YOUR JOB AND DAILY MISSIONS:

Primary mission

  • Provide operational support to the CEO
  • Read the upcoming emails in the CEO’s mail box & plan appropriate meetings/calls
  • Organize meetings and appointments with careful planning and coordination
  • Complete special projects and initiatives with oversight and support
  • Organize all travels related to the CEO
  • Manage the expenses reports of the CEO
  • Organize the Monte Carlo & Baden Baden yearly Reinsurance conferences with the support of the other PAs at Ceded Re o Identify and address issues with operational processes and procedures
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondences, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Establish and leverage a strong network of relationships with internal and external stakeholders to be as efficient as possible (ex: GIE PAs community)
  • Perform other duties as assigned (ex: move to Matignon liaising with the CEO Executive Assistant)
  • Support the team
  • Responsible for relaying key business information between the Ceded Re Pas (3 PAs)
  • Managing all IT-related and office maintenance requests (SILVA, local support service requests, etc.)
  • Manage invoices related to the CEO & his office (Coupa)

  • Proficiency in MS Pack Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability and desire to keep learning, to understand the work context and be curious about how tasks fit within this wider context/organisation
  • Ability to analyze information and understand information as it relates to ongoing work/team projects
  • Sound research skills and attention to detail
  • Rigorous, strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
