Description

We are reinforcing our PKI team, managing a key asset of AXA Group for delivering security, trust and compliance with highest standards of the market.

Where will you be in the organization?

The division 

Group CIO creates the link between technology and business strategy and priorities, defines the technology operating model for AXA, sets global and local architecture, applications and infrastructure standards, and leads the definition and execution of global technology strategy and technology lifecycle to enable innovation and business growth. 

The department / team 

You will join the Identity & Access Management (IAM) Product Line within Identity Global Products (IGP) department.

IGP is the department gathering two Product Lines dedicated to the entire Digital Identity lifecycle Management; IGP department provides to all AXA entities the sustainable products relying on best market players in the IAM landscape, ensuring compliancy to internal AXA standards (Information Security, Data Privacy, Operation risk coverage) and any applicable regulation.

IAM is one of these two Product Line in charge of designing, building and running IAM Products supporting all IAM activities of AXA Group Operating Companies.

IAM Product Line is relying on four main pillars, reflecting our Product Portfolio completeness:

  • One Account, the new Access Management platform, relying on Ping Identity technology,
  • LISA, the Identity Governance & Administration platform, relying on Saviynt technology,
  • IAM-Customer, Our B2C platform relying on Auth0 technology,
  • PKI & the very new CLM platform, to ease and deliver safely certificates to internal requesters.

About the job

Job purpose

As a PKI / CLM Expert, your main objective is to focus primarily on the deployment and fine-tuning of CLM system, while also delving into the realms of PKI and cryptography. This internship offers a unique opportunity to engage with advanced security technologies, preparing you for a future where identity management and cybersecurity is paramount.

Main missions

Your responsibilities include:

  • Provide PKI and cryptographic expertise in all PKI and CLM activities, to support the various initiatives of PKI masterplan and contribute to deliver most suitable/sustainable solutions and services for the incoming service requests / projects,
  • Be responsible in the CLM solution deployment, run and improvement plan, through:

o Support in implementing CLM solution, ensuring robust management of digital certificates,

o Assistance in the integration and onboarding of AXA entities, ensuring they are seamlessly and securely incorporated into the CLM framework,

  • In various transversal initiatives (“IT refresh”, “Tech Debt removal”, etc.):

o Develop technical expertise in PKI and CLM domains ,

o Learn / upskill in various initiatives about project management theory and practices, to become a true Project Manager with related practices and tooling.

  • Expand expertise into PKI and cryptography, understanding their interplay with CLM in protecting digital identities and communications,
  • Explore the emerging field of post-quantum cryptography, positioning yourself at the cutting edge of cybersecurity and identity application,
  • Participate in knowledge transfer workshops, enhancing the PKI & CLM knowledge/awareness within AXA,
  • Be involved in more transversal IAM Product Line initiatives to develop new skills in technical and non-technical fields.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: 

Technical skills

  • Knowledge in PKI and HSM (Hardware Security Module), cryptography standards and protocols, data confidentiality and integrity.
  • Familiar with network, workplace, and infrastructure domains,
  • Experience in any PKI solutions is a plus,
  • Experience in programming languages (PowerShell),
  • Experience with database (MongoDB).

Soft skills / transversal skills

  • Ability to communicate in an international / multi-cultural environment.
  • Ability to understand and adapt in a new environment.
  • Management of priorities and complex situations .
  • Analytical skills to help understanding technical problems.
  • Proficient written & spoken English; French language is a plus.
