- Answer telephone calls (up to 100 calls per day)
- Match healthcare workers availability to our clients’ requirements
- Action client e-mails
- Generate reports.
Every call is different, and it will be down to you to help our customers at every stage of their individual journey with Cpl Healthcare.Shift pattern
- 5 Days per Week over 7 Days i.e., 5 Days Monday to Sunday as required by Roster.
- Shift work between the hours of 7:00am – 9:30pm.
- Bank Holiday cover is also required.
Experience working in a Healthcare setting is an advantage but not essential, candidates must;1. Possess excellent communicative skills.2. Work well as part of a large nationwide team.3. Maintain a high standard of attention to detail.4. Be IT literate.5. Have the ability to multitask and prioritise while meeting strict deadlines.6. Exude a professional courtesy to all Cpl Healthcare’s clients and candidates.7.
