Job description

He/she will be responsible for leading all quality assurance and control activities within the manufacturing facility. He/she will ensure that all products meet internal and customer standards, oversee compliance with quality system requirements, and continuously improve quality processes and systems across the plant.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the plant’s quality team (e.g. laboratory, quality inspectors, quality technicians)
  • Apply and maintain the plant’s quality management system
  • Ensure that products meet customer specifications, industry standards and legal compliance
  • Monitor and analyze key quality indicators, implement corrective and preventive actions and support the continuous improvement
  • Manage internal and external audits, including customer audits and third-party certification audits
  • Collaborate with production, engineering and supply chain teams to solve quality-related issues and improve processes
  • Train and develop staff in quality procedures and practices
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer quality concerns and ensure effective resolution
  • Manage documentation related to quality procedures, inspections, and non-conformities

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical fieldProfessional experience
