PMO Parts Delivery Performance (f/m)

Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a PMO Parts Delivery Performance (f/m) to join our MRO department based in Marignane, France.

The MRO organization (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) is in charge of two services within the Customer Support & Services Directorate of Airbus Helicopters: the Aircraft MRO (retrofits, upgrades, SB-kits, aircraft maintenance), and the Component MRO (By-the-Hour services, repair, overhaul, D-Level technical assistance, standard exchanges).

In this role, you will join more precisely the Component MRO Business department , a team of 40 employees. You will be responsible for the Component MRO Parts Delivery performance, Top Company Objectives (OTR6). This is key to the business results and the customer satisfaction.

Your challenges: 

In order to achieve that mission, you will deploy the following Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drumbeat the Component MRO Pars Delivery Performance (OTR6, advance orders, non-hits root causes, back-orders),
• Support daily routines with all concerned departments (MRO operations, spares, front office, transport…),
• Ensure the analysis of missed deliveries up until the root causes definition and the recovery plans,
• Identify tools improvements and monitor the development with Methods & Tools department,
• Other analysis and reports on-request

The keys for this position are:

• Understand the end to end customer orders delivery flow,
• The accuracy in the analysis,
• The perseverance in the routines,
• The capacity to break silos between managers, team members, and other stakeholders.

Your profile:

• Experience in project management, supply chain or logistics
• Mastery of Google Workspace
• English: intermediate level (minimum B2 level)
• Rigorous and reliability
• Team spirit and open-mindedness
• Relational capabilities
