We’re seeking a Cash Collection analyst to join our client’s dynamic team and drive excellence in financial operations. In this role, you’ll oversee collection processes, participate in process improvement, and build expert knowledge of scope activities.
If you have experience in Customer Support and speak fluently in Polish and English this opportunity is calling for you!Main responsibilities:In this key role in the Polish Order to Cash team you will be responsible for the following:Review AR aging reports
Perform collection and dunning, determining escalations and follow-up actions
Manage dispute and claim processes, including qualifying
Contribute to business and customer collection strategy reviews
Preparing KPI reports on a weekly/monthly basis
Coach junior analysts while proactively anticipating operational issues
Participate in process improvement and automation initiativesRequired skills:Fluent in Polish and advanced English
Experience in Customer Service / Order to Cash / Credit & Collection management
Strong attention to details
MS Excel and Microsoft Office
Communication skills for professional collaboration with internal and external clientsAdvantages:Hands-on experience with collections or receivables
Experience with SAP FI and other accounts receivable IT tools
Degree in accounting or finance
