– Cultural Experience: Immerse yourself in the rich culture of Rome while advancing your career in the renewable energy sector.Key Responsibilities:– Review and comment on plant layouts, design, and yield calculations.
– Monitor daily performance of assets, focusing on KPI monitoring and optimisation.
– Manage regulatory communications with authorities such as GSE, ARERA, TERNA, and local municipalities.
– Oversee contract management, including renewals, tendering, and compliance with obligations related to individual PV plants.
– Support insurance claims by coordinating the processing of claims and sourcing necessary information.
– Identify, submit, and process Defect Notices and Warranty claims.
– Develop and populate relevant information on the company’s asset management platform.
– Prepare annual revenue and operating cost budgets, along with quarterly forecasts.
– Manage land agreements and relationships with landlords.
– Collect and compile Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) KPIs.
– Coordinate with the asset management and finance teams to prepare financial statements for each Project SPV.
– Ensure thorough knowledge of and compliance with company procedures and standards.Competencies:– Interest in or understanding of the technical, operational, and financial challenges in infrastructure projects.
– Analytical rigour with a commitment to continuous learning.
– Organised, efficient, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
– Excellent communication and management skills, thriving in a collaborative environment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
– Team player with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people.
– Eager to learn new skills with a proactive attitude.Qualifications and Experience:– Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
– Strong finance and commercial acumen.
– Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in the Italian renewable sector.
– Strong communication skills.
– Legally able to work in Italy.
– Italian as a mother tongue and professional-level English; fluency in another European language is desirable.
