We’re headquartered in Palma, Mallorca and employ around 3,500 people worldwide.JOB DESCRIPTION:The Portfolio & Reporting Senior Analyst is responsible of monitoring the progress and providing a summary status report of the Strategy and HBX functional areas Portfolio providing the visibility of the progress and metrics defined and making sure the accuracy of the data reported. Additionally generates the reporting around the audit activities of the Project Excellence & Portfolio reporting area.The role is responsible of preparing the required reports and support all project managers to provide the right level of information. Develop presentations with conceptual and/or quantitative analysis that facilitate the portfolio manager to define clear strategy for the Strategy Portfolio.The role is responsible of consolidating and following-up all corrective action plans agreed to solve key issues identified in projects where its setup and performance is not up to the standards defined by the Project Excellence area.The role is responsible of collecting, organizing, and maintaining project data (including financials, metrics and plans) identifying risks and opportunities of improvement. It Is the responsible of linking the market trends provided by corporate and commercial strategy to the portfolio management supporting on the identification of GAPs and required considerations.Additionally, this role will ensure the creation of templates that allow the Business Sponsors & Owners provide updates into the TO and ExCo meetings and supervise its final content providing feedback to the presenter (usually n-1, n-2).These reports will be presented in front of the ExCo members in the Transformation Office monthly committee and at the ExCo.The role will assist in preparing communications including performance summaries, recommendations and trends to support the overall strategy portfolio activities.Responsibilities:Support on the monitoring of the Strategy Portfolio including all strategic projects and transformation programs to facilitate decision making by elevating the right level of reporting (progress, content, KPIs).Prepare reporting on the performance of the portfolio including key metrics of the project under the Strategy Portfolio.Collect, organise and monitor the information provided by the project managers and identify risks and opportunities for improvement.Additionally generates the reporting around the audit activities of the Project Excellence & Portfolio reporting area.This role will ensure the creation of templates that allow the Business Sponsors & Owners provide updates into the TO and ExCo meetings.Support with data driven mindset the recommendations for the strategy portfolio management including market trends and news alignment.Facilitate workshops and continuous learning opportunities to help project management community expand their skill setsSkills:Strong analytical and quantitative skillsStrong communication skills (verbal and written) including solid presentation skills to synthesize complex topics into actionable insights (for senior stakeholders)Attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge on project management is requiredProblem solving and creative thinking skillsAbility to manoeuvre through uncertainty and constant changeExperience in mentoring or training activitiesKnowledge on project and portfolio management tools is requiredExperience:Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project/program management, portfolio management, financial investment analysis or related fieldQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering, project management or related fieldLanguages: English C1 minimum, SpanishProject Management skills and certification desirableMaster’s degree or MBA is preferredYou will have the opportunity to work for a company that is going through significant change in becoming the world´s leading travel services provider.
