Offer DescriptionThe Artificial Intelligence Research Institute (IIIA-CSIC) and the Institute for Economics (IAE-CSIC) are offering a two year fully-funded Postdoc position in Artificial Intelligence and social Sciences.The position requires the Postdoc to present a research proposal that addresses the gap in how intelligent advanced methods are applied in social sciences compared to computer science. The Postdoc proposal should focus on the methodological integration of NLP methods into social science research. For more information about the position requirements check the extended description at the program website.The position is offered in the context of ALLIES postdoctoral training program in Artificial Intelligence led by the Spanish National Research Council, coordinated through the AIHUB Connection, and co-funded by the European Union under the HORIZON EUROPE MSCA COFUND program framework. ALLIES aims to recruit 17 postdoctoral researchers in 2 different Calls who will conduct interdisciplinary and intersectorial research in Artificial Intelligence aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.The candidates will be working with Prof Hannes Muller (IAE) and Dr Jesús Cerquides (IIIA).
