Our rapidly growing global team is currently distributed between our offices in New York City, Mexico City, and Lyon, as well as full remote employees.We are seeking a Postdoctoral Data Researcher. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis, a strong statistical background, and excellent programming skills.As a Postdoctoral Data Researcher, you will be responsible for designing and executing experiments, analyzing data, and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. The position will require the use of cutting-edge technologies and methods to produce impactful research in various fields.Responsibilities:
- Design and execute experiments to collect and analyze data.
- Develop statistical models and algorithms to analyze and interpret data.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop research questions and hypotheses.
- Communicate complex data analysis findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Use state-of-the-art tools and methods to develop and deploy data-driven solutions.
- Document research methods and findings in technical reports, papers, and presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research trends and advancements in the field.
Who we are looking for:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science…
- Strong foundational knowledge of mathematics
- Data visualization skills (at least Jupyter, but other expertise is welcome).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Ability to perform SQL requests and work with large datasets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and/or computer vision (CV) techniques.
