  • Experience in using Bash/Python/R in HPC computing.
  • Master in Bioinformatics.
  • High expertise in bioinformatic analsis.
  • Experience in working on Population Genomics.
  • High knowledge and level on computational skills (tidyverse, ggplot, and specialized packages for population genetic analyses and genetic association tests), Bash, Singularity/Nextflow, Cluster computing (Slurm), Eidos , Population Genomics (RFMix, ADMIXTURE, ANGSD).

Specific Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Environmental Genomics, or a related discipline.
  • PostDoc experience in Population Genomics.
