Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct independent research: Design and execute innovative research projects in the field of nanomedicine, with the support and guidance of senior researchers.
  • Experimental expertise: Develop and refine experimental techniques, ensuring high-quality data collection and analysis.
  • Scientific communication: Prepare and publish high-impact research articles in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Project development: Explore and develop independent research proposals for regional funding opportunities (e.g., regional grants) to gain valuable experience in project leadership.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings, share knowledge, and collaborate effectively with other members of the research group and external collaborators.
  • Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in a relevant field: Hold a doctoral degree in Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
  • Strong research foundation: Demonstrate a solid foundation in nanotechnology, molecular biology, or biochemistry through relevant publications in peer-reviewed journals (as first or corresponding author).
  • International experience (optional): Prior research experience in international laboratories is highly valued (but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills: Effectively communicate research findings both verbally and in writing.
  • Independent & collaborative spirit: Possess the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team environment.
