- Laboratory work related to the preparation and treatment of mRNA samples for analysis using liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (LC-MS) techniques.
- Development, optimization, and validation of new analytical methodologies for the characterization of mRNA.
- Analysis and interpretation of liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry data.
- Writing technical and scientific reports on experimental results.
- Collaborating with other researchers on the project and contributing to scientific publications.
Conditions
- Full-time (38,5 h/week).
- Incorporation immediately.
- Length of the contract until June 2027.

- PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related fields.
- Proven experience in handling and operating liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (LC-MS) equipment.
- Ability to develop and optimize analytical methods in the field of biomolecule chemistry.
- Experience in processing and interpreting LC-MS data.
- Strong skills in writing technical and scientific reports.
- Good level of English.
Desired
- Familiarity with the analysis of nucleic acids (such as RNA or mRNA).
- Knowledge of RNA extraction and purification techniques.
- Experience in the validation of analytical methods according to regulatory standards.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary research environments.
- Experience applying analytical chemistry techniques to the characterization of complex biomolecules.
