Global Business ServicesGlobal Business Services (GBS) was established as a new transversal, multi-disciplinary function supporting and accelerating Sanofi’s transformation towards establishing a sustainable standalone Consumer Healthcare business through the implementation of a set of operational legal presence across in-scope markets. Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Global Business Services (GBS) drives transformation projects to ensure it delivers best in class processes in terms of quality, cost, performance, customer satisfaction and needs, supported by high quality master data and performance KPIs.PEOPLE SERVICES (PPLS) will be covering the following areas of the process:

• Organization & Employee Master Data: data accuracy and data completeness

• Employee Life Cycle Management: from hiring to retiring, including contract and job changes

• Employee queries: global and local articles, ticketing

• External Workforce: data management, onboarding and offboarding

• Transversal: reporting, compliance, continuous improvement

• Time to Pay (T2P): payroll data, calculation, post payroll and support activities

The People Services Technology & Solutions team aims to deliver courageous and streamlined solutions that empower our diverse talent to achieve exceptional outcomes together. Acting as a key enabler leveraging technology to streamline HR processes, optimize system performance and support operational team delivering optimized solutions, the team is responsible for;

• Core HR system maintenance and enhancement

• Employee support model

• Data and reporting management

• Performance monitoring and visualization

• Continuous improvement and project support

Job Title: PPLS Technology & Solutions InternJob Description:About the jobSupport Technology & Solutions Lead inHR Technology SupportAssist in maintaining and updating the ServiceNow knowledge baseHelp create training materials for ServiceNow featuresSupport the team in implementing technology solutions for employee inquiriesData Analysis and ReportingAid in collecting and organizing people-related dataHelp develop and maintain reports using tools like Excel and PowerBIAssist in identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational performanceProcess ImprovementContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by researching and proposing technical solutionsSupport the team in automating processesProject SupportAssist in various HR technology implementation projectsHelp in creating documentation and user guides for HR systems and toolsEngagement and communicationCo animates with Technology & Solutions Lead a community around technology and solutions topicsSupport content creation using video application to communicate/share about PPLS project and successes.About you

• Experience: Fresh / less than 2 years of experience
• Education: Bachelor to Master’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, IT and Engineering or equivalent
• Experienced in social activities and student or University organization
• Exposed to applications such as Excel, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Sharepoint, Workday, process mining tool is a plus
• Languages: English; any other language is appreciated
