Such an ambitious growth strategy confirms Beaumier’s commitment to establish itself all over EuropeYou are responsible for developing and executing Beaumier’s overall communication strategy across all properties. This role leads the amplification of the brand through Owned and Earned media, ensuring a consistent and inspiring presence across digital platforms, press, events, and partnerships. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the manager will craft compelling narratives that elevate Beaumier’s identity and resonate with both local and international audiences.
The role reports directly to the Head of Brand and Marketing.Your Main Responsabilities:

  • Development and execution of a 360° internal and external communication plan
  • Oversight and performance management of press agencies
  • Strategy and execution of co-branding partnerships and major com’s tools
  • Strategy and implementation of the group’s event policy
  • Support definition and implementation of Employer brand culture
  • Regular presence on-site (hotels and off-site locations)
  • VIP customer journey management
  • Management of existing and emerging social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok)

Profile & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in communications and PR in the luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or travel industry—with a deep understanding of brand building and guest experience.
  • Solid background in earned media strategy, including press relations, influencer engagement, events, and partnerships.
  • Proven success in managing 360° communication campaigns, ideally across multiple properties or markets.
  • Experience working with creative agencies, freelancers, and internal brand teams (content, CRM, digital).

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Native or bilingual in French and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong editorial sense and ability to craft stories that elevate the Beaumier voice across platforms.
  • Knowledge of the luxury media landscape: press, influencers, KOLs, and relevant niche networks in art, design, and gastronomy.
  • Confident in leading event planning, including launch events, brand activations, and curated on-property experiences.
  • Digital fluency: familiar with social media strategy (IG, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok), reporting tools, and SEO best practices.
  • Solid project management skills: comfortable juggling multiple activations with grace and precision.
