  • Educated to A Level Standard (or equivalent)
  • Relevant Management qualification or degree
  • Experience of managing people in a changing environment Experience of working in teams and able to promote a team spirit Financial management experience including understanding of budgeting, bookkeeping and payroll Management experience in the NHS or in GP Practice management minimum of 2 years proven track record Experience using System one
