Located in Romania and reporting to the Large Bore Supply & Inventory Planning  Manager, key duties will include:

-Drives monthly Supply Inventory Operations Planning process including Supply Network Planning views, respective Integrated Business Planning process and views, load vs capacity, mtg metrics, issue identification, resolution – coordinate Large Bore supply, demand, inventory;
-Owns SAP system settings update – flow times, lots sizes, Planning Time Fences, Supply Chain Sub-Family assignments, capacity control tables, others as needed.
-Owns IBP system settings update – MTO reduction factor, Load Factor, relevant work centers, product master data.
-Leads and coordinates Large Bore rationalization projects and the Operations Planning process.  Participates in the establishment of SAP system planning strategies.
-Leads major Large Bore plants projects—ramps ups, lean projects, inactive inventory reviews, ramps downs.
-Provides guidance for other supply planners to ensure all plants are coordinates, all resources are leveraged.
-Resolves high level customer issues related to supply.  Formulate solutions in response to customer emergencies, quality issues, material substitutions.

-Compliance with Corporate policies and local legal entity procedures and legislation.
 
 
Candidates for this position should meet the following criteria:

-Bachelor’s degree.
-English language proficiency both written and spoken.
-Good knowledge MS office and general experience in ERP systems (SAP, SAP IBP, Power BI).
-Change Management & Project Management experience; Training/Presentation skills.
-Business understanding of all aspects of supply chain mandatory (at least 6 years experience).
-Strong problem solving skills.
-Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional environment.
-Results driven and team player.
