SAP CS&D – Customer Success & Delivery is the SAP entity responsible for maximizing the value of our solutions for our customers. Our mission is primarily focused on SAP software innovations (Cloud/SaaS offerings, vertical solutions) and aims to ensure the successful first implementations of our most strategic products. Principal Project Consultant:

-Takes full responsibility for leading major transformation programs (business and IT) on behalf of large clients.

-Manages highly complex and high-stakes operations that integrate multiple dimensions (consulting, software development, ERP integration, application maintenance, change management, etc.) in a distributed delivery model (service centers, nearshore, offshore…).

-Acts as the main point of contact for the client at the highest level, ensuring SAP’s commitments and customer satisfaction while adhering to SAP’s business model.

-Manages project commitments (cost, timeline, quality, risks…), leads multi-disciplinary teams (+/- 100 people) and partners throughout the project lifecycle, and contributes to business development within the account.

-Also participates in pre-sales and bid management activities to shape and win large-scale deals.

PROFILE / REQUIRED SKILLS:

-10 years of experience in SAP project implementation, including at least 5 years as Project Manager.

-Strong knowledge of SAP solutions (e.g., HANA, Cloud).

-Proven ability to manage crises in a delivery context.

-Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken.

-Geographic flexibility / international travel expected (EMEA region).
