>We have Principal and Senior level permanent roles in Galway for experienced Systems Engineers in Galway (hybrid working)!Our client is seeking a talented individual to join their team and contribute to their Contact Centre platform and engineering. They are on a mission to provide world-class capabilities and services that connect our associates with millions of participants, members, and customers. As a key player in our agile scrum team, you will oversee the Contact Centre platform, shaping the voice, email, and web chat communication channels that serve over 20 million clients and process over 35 million interactions annually. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving continual improvement and delivering high-quality solutions.This is great opportunity to be at the beginning of new team set up!Team and Responsibilities:
Agile scrum team responsible for the Contact Center platform and engineering.
Manages voice, email, and web chat communication channels.
Focuses on continual improvement and delivering value to the organization.
Services over 20M clients and processes more than 35M customer interactions per year.Expertise Required:
Extensive experience, preferably in the voice/telephony area.
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) delivery, software design, development, test, and operational automation.
Familiarity with data communication protocols (HTTP, SIP, TLS/SSL, TCP/IP, SNMP, LDAP, RDP, SDP).
Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Linux operating systems, VoIP, SIP, and data applications/networking.Typical Perks Include:
