About the Company:Our client is a well-established and highly respected Financial Services provider, specializing in Private Equity Fund Accounting. As a pioneering and client-centric organization, they are committed to delivering superior client service.About the Role:Due to the onboarding of new business and an extensive pipeline, our client is seeking talented professionals to join their Private Equity Fund Accounting Team. Over the past five years, their Private Equity Fund Accounting teams have consistently achieved organic growth, strengthening their management team with experienced hires from renowned competitors. As a valuable member of the team, you will report to the Assistant Vice President and be responsible for delivering exceptional administration services to a diverse range of clients. In addition, you will serve as a key point of contact to high profile investment managers and investors, ensuring a consistently high level of client service. Your role will involve developing relationships with clients and third parties, assisting in fund launches, process improvement, change management, and reviewing Limited Partnership Agreements.Furthermore, you will lead a small team of 2-3 staff, ensuring high performance, efficiency, and accuracy. This will involve managing workflows, reviewing their work, and overseeing various accounting tasks such as NAVs, performance fees, waterfalls, journal entries, general/sub ledgers, capital calls, and pricing. Additionally, as the department continues to grow you will play a pivotal role in change management and project work, assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of initiatives across local and wider departments.About You:To excel in this role, you should be an ambitious Supervisor with a wealth of experience in Fund Accounting, including 1-3 years in a Private Equity and/or Real Estate Accounting Position. Prior hands-on people management experience is preferred but not a essential. You should be eager to thrive in a rapidly growing organization with low attrition and exceptional prospects for career advancement.
