Qualifications:
- Law degree with excellent academic record
- Admission to the Paris Bar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate private M&A and or private equity
- Strong knowledge of French law
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in French and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
