As a Process Improvement Specialist / Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving and implementing continuous improvement mindset in our processes for device development
  • Analysing existing processes, data, tools, and databases, and provide adjustments, solutions, or recommendations for enhancements
  • Driving data-driven improvement of processes within the QMS, focusing on efficiency
  • Facilitating A3 problem-solving, value stream mapping, and workshops in col-laboration with stakeholders
  • Leading relevant compliance improvement projects across the organization
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

Qualifications
To be a competitive candidate, you should have:

  • A Master’s degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field with relevant experience within process, strategy deployment and change management
  • Relevant certification in business process management or a related field
  • Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Experience with enterprise application configuration and implementation, integrations between applications and databases
  • Experience with software development or scripting languages preferred and Digital Transformation
  • Experience in change management methodologies

As a person, you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and you have ex-cellent communication, leadership and project management abilities.About the department
The QMS Process Team is part of Devices & Delivery Solutions, which is responsible for the development of medical devices for disease self-treatment within all business are-as of Novo Nordisk A/S. The projects managed in DDS range from pure mechanical medical devices through combination products (drug/device) to devices with connectivity that are integrated into a digital health solution system.We have a long and outstanding track record of developing the best, most innovative, and widely used injection devices in the world, and our projects are on the forefront of technology to meet real user needs for the benefit of people with different chronic diseases.The QMS Process Team consists of experienced and dedicated Process Engineers specialized in analyzing and improving device development processes in collaboration with process managers and end users.
