As a Procurement Professional at Novo Nordisk, you will Be responsible for local sourcing in DCM (Indirect spend) and participating in LEAN projects, update and present KPIs, initiate structured problem solving, and improve processes through continuous improvements.Your main tasks will also include:

  • Provide guidance and support for DCM users when creating new suppliers.
  • Act as a GxP indirect spend procurement subject matter expert.
  • Drive local implementation of new systems and procedures for indirect spend.
  • Serve as a super user in Procurement for Manufacturing (PfM), supporting both direct and indirect spend users in DCM.
  • Develop standards and guidelines and provide training for DCM end users for indirect spend.
  • Ensure compliance with GES and GIS guidelines regarding Novo Nordisk preferred suppliers by monitoring DCM spend, setting direction for peers in DCM, and ensuring timely payments to suppliers while following up on double invoices.
  • Continuously develop DCM indirect spend processes while ensuring compliance with increasing requirements.
  • Support end users in SAP Finance, participate in testing, validations, and reviews of user guide activities, and perform training of end users.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain or any relevant area.
  • Experience with Coupa, SAP and knowledge of Excel.
  • On-the-job experience as a purchaser in an international environment.
  • Ideally, if you have a couple of years of experience in a highly regulated industry.
  • Procurement and project management experience.
  • Fluency in English.
