Job Description: Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure product integrity and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct thorough product inspections and audits throughout the supply chain, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions to enhance product quality. Manage product data and information systems, including databases and documentation repositories, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility for stakeholders. Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures to optimize stock levels, minimize carrying costs, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and technical drawings, to support manufacturing, installation, and maintenance activities. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management, or related field. Proven ability to conduct sophisticated data analysis, utilizing statistical models and predictive analytics to derive actionable insights. Exceptional communication skills demonstrated through the effective articulation of complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, fostering cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in advanced problem-solving methodologies, including Six Sigma DMAIC, Lean, and Design Thinking, to drive continuous improvement across product lifecycle processes. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in product documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
